How to Set the Cycle Time on EzDecap Automated Screw Cap Tube Decapper

EzDecap offers three cycle time options to suit different tube types and workflow needs!

The “Shorter Time” setting provides faster operation, while the “Longer Time” setting is ideal for tubes with longer threads.

3 Cycle Time Options:

• Default: Decapping (1.1 sec) / Capping (1.0 sec)
• Shorter time: Decapping (1.1 sec) / Capping (0.7 sec)
• Longer time: Decapping (1.9 sec) / Capping (1.8 sec)
